David Bienstock is a lawyer who has worked in legal publishing for over 18 years in various capacities. As a Product Manager and a Sales Manager, David developed publications, marketed authors for Carswell and managed National teams selling legal information on Westlaw. As Director Strategic Partnership and Development, David managed Carswell’s Media Division which includes publications like the Canadian Lawyer, Law Times, Lexpert and Canadian HR Reporter. Most recently as a Sales Director, David manages National teams representing Findlaw, Media, Cyberbahn and Marque d’or. David has developed relationships in law firms across the country at the knowledge management, marketing and c-suite level and consults with his clients regularly on the state of the legal market, the competitive landscape and the status of the delivery of information to law firms and their clients.
